Colorado Center for Behavioral Care accepts many insurance providers and plans, including some selected examples as below.
Don't see your insurer listed?
Chat with us, or consider private payment options.
As a collaborative partnership, each provider may have their own list of accepted insurers instead and beyond the common insurers above. We will do our best to work with your situation and preferred method of payment.
There are many benefits of private self-payment for your care, including higher levels of confidentiality, and access to available assessments and evaluations not typically covered under most health insurance plans. If you would like to learn more about this option, please consult with us.
The fine print.
It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to ensure we are an approved provider for services under your insurance policy, including the potential need for a prior authorization to obtain services. Refer to the Mental Health Customer Service number on the back of your insurance card, and direct all questions related to insurance coverage, benefits, co-payments, and deductibles to your insurance company.
We agree to bill your insurance as a courtesy but ultimately, you are responsible for payment of all services. All co-payments and deducible amounts are due at the time of service. Should you become ineligible for insurance coverage for the services provided, you must contact us immediately, as you will become fully responsible for all charges incurred.
Common services not covered by insurance, such as letters, requested completion of forms, special evaluations, extended phone calls, or consultations with schools or other providers will be billed directly to you at an hourly rate.
